8”2GO – GAKIRACE - Red of Racer ZAIKI Makes His Debut!

在大多數人都已經習慣 1/12 的時代， 我卻決定為 GAKIRACE 做一個 1/8、8 吋高的系列。 不是因為 1/12 不好。 相反的，1/12 已經非常成熟——選擇多、價格清楚、收藏體系完整。

我一直在想： 有沒有一種比例， 是擺著看也很有量感， 拿在手上，也真的很好把玩？ 這次的設計方向很單純： 少一點壓力，多一點把玩的自由 —— 這就是 8”2GO 系列誕生的原因。 

At a time when most people have become comfortable with 1/12 scale,

I decided to create a 1/8, 8-inch series for GAKIRACE.

Not because 1/12 isn’t good.

On the contrary, 1/12 is already a very mature format—

with plenty of options, clear pricing, and a well-established collecting system.

Is there a scale that feels substantial when displayed,

and still feels truly enjoyable to hold and play with?

That question is exactly why the 8”2GO series was created.
